1. Open Microsoft Outlook Express.
2. Click "Tools" at the top.
3. Choose "Accounts".
4. Choose "Mail" and then "Add".
5. Enter in your "Display Name.
This is the name people will see when you send them an email. Click "Next."
6. Select "I already have an email address that I'd like to use" and then enter it in the space.
(Be sure we have set up this email address for you on the server!) Click "Next."
7. Where it says "My incoming mail is a __ server" choose "Pop 3".
8. Your incoming mail server will be "mail.yourdomain". In other words if we were using this site, the incoming mail server would be: mail.lesliewright.com
9. Your smtp outgoing server will be provided by your internet service provider. An example is:
smtp.mindspring.com. Click "Next."
10. Enter in your Account Name.
This will be your FULL email address that you are setting up, such as info@lesliewright.com.
11. Enter in your password that was set up for you in our servers and choose "Remember Password."
12. Click "Finish!"
